The Doughnut Time website is owned and operated by Doughnut Time Trading Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 625 541 684). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.

By purchasing an item that is advertised/sold on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Doughnuttime.com.au may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These amendments will become effective immediately and your continued use of this website, after amendment, constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos, font, branding,
illustrations, ideas and flavours are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, which are owned and controlled by doughnuttime.com.au and its related parties. The content of doughnuttime.com.au is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. This material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of
doughnuttime.com.au. The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you, shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Product
Doughnuttime.com.au does not take any responsibility for the content on any messages sent from a sender to a recipient. Messages are not altered or censored by Doughnuttime.com.au and are sent as requested by the sender.

Product design, colours, ingredients and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of doughnuttime.com.au. We reserve the right to substitute products and items when products or ingredients may not be available. All substitutions are of similar quality and value.

Our products may contain traces of nuts, gluten & dairy and we provide an Allergen Matrix as a guide only. We advise if you suffer from any allergies to not consume our products. Consumption is at your own discretion and Doughnut Time Trading Pty Ltd or its parties cannot be held liable.

Delivery- Boxes
We deliver to Brisbane & Gold Coast area within a 20km distance of our store locations. All orders must be placed no later than the 1pm cut off time to ensure timely processing and preparation of the order for next day delivery. Our delivery takes place between 9am to 8pm on the day selected. For delivery, a fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order. We are unable to confirm or guarantee an exact delivery time for any order. 

Doughnuttime.com.au requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the selected day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then the box will be left outside the residence. If the box is unable to be left at the residence then a redelivery fee will apply. Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. 


Unattended Deliveries
Doughnuttime.com.au and its delivery partners are not always able to contact gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides a clear and accurate delivery instruction when placing their order.

Doughnuttime.com.au and its delivery partners hold records for proof of delivery and remains excused from any liability or responsibility of loss or damage as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.


Wrong Address
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Doughnuttime.com.au cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to Doughnuttime.com.au and disposed. Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to purchase another order, and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on both the order, add-ons and delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Doughnuttime.com.au use external couriers for all deliveries, occasionally deliveries will be made in house, but as such, situations may arise that are out of our control. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events but can assure that we will do all that is in our power to have your deliveries arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or that are in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of orders incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee. If cancellation notice is received at less than 24-hour notice - cancellation is void. A cancellation notice must be placed in email to customer@doughnuttime.com.au Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that the customer needs their order cancelled or re-delivered on the day of the delivery, the customer will be charged the same price for an additional order to be sent out.


Refunds: In-Store and Online
Doughnut Time does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credits may be issued. Should you need to enquire about a refund, or a replacement of product, you will need to send an enquiry to customer@doughnuttime.com.au, along with proof of purchase. Doughnut Time employees are unable to provide credit notes in store, and all refund
matters are to be addressed by management. Doughnut Time employees hold the right to refuse an instore refund and are trained to direct these matters to the email provided.

E-Gift Cards: Online Only
Doughnut Time E-Gift Cards are available to purchase via the website only. These gift cards are non-refundable due to change of mind or circumstances and are not redeemable for cash. These e-gift cards are valid for website purchases only and are not able to be redeemed in store. Delivery for items purchased with the e-gift card are only available in the cities we service and, or have stores in. Doughnuttime.com.au is not liable for e-gift cards that are purchased outside our delivery area and are not liable for stolen or lost e-gift cards.
